We are constantly bombarded by health and fitness articles, podcasts, influencers, YouTube videos, you name it. It can be really confusing trying to sort fact from fiction, and figure out what information out there is reliable and accurate.

For me, I became so obsessed with being as “healthy” as I could, I stopped living a balanced lifestyle. I was training way too much, and eating a very strict diet, yet not seeing the results I wanted. Why? I wasn’t living a balanced life!

Finally I realised: healthy doesn’t have to be hard! So I want to share my hacks, tips and advice for achieving the maintainable, happy and healthy lifestyle I now lead, and I hope my experience can help many of you out there going through the same thing!
